This place is like Disney for grownups. Acres of gambling machines, kitch decor but the bliss of air-conditioning.
We started at New York New York, where Ross convinced us to go on the roller coaster.
Mad mad, on the pictures afterward, both of us had our eyes closed although Trevor had a smile that was getting wiped off his face with the speed.
Part was upside down, a loop the loop and in the middle they conned us into believing it was all over with 10 seconds on the flat and then you we off again. 3.5 minutes of speed and adrenalin. Trevor was feeling lucky (having survived the coaster) and took $2 in the machines and won our lunch money. On the way up Ross found his store.
So the Bellagio for lunch which was superbaly decorated and despite the crowds you could just smell the perfume of all the flowers in the atrium.
I just loved the ceiling which was a cluster of glass water lilies.
Lunch was superb and large, so then had only ice creams for supper.
Left the Bellagio in time to see their amazing fountain display which has to be up there with things that take you breath away. Check out YouTube, Bellagio fountains, Time to say goodbye, it bought tears to me eyes and pictures do not do it justice.
Went through Caesars Palace decorated like an old village with a painted ceiling. Starting to get really tired and still so much to see but eventually home to bed to get ready for our trip, tomorrow night at the Dude Ranch in a chuck wagon and then the following under the stars, next to the Colorado river. So no more blogging until Sunday.
