Here are some pictures though and we did enjoy the very expensive fish that Ross caught for lunch when we came home.
I have to say that there is nothing like eating fish a mere hour after you caught them. Delicious.
It was sweltering again so we finally cycled to the beach later in the afternoon. Ross tried out the human hamster ball and looked like a pink lobster when he emerged. It was $10 for as long as you wanted. Due to the extreme heat and running out of oxygen, most people only lasted 5 minutes. Well I will say one thing for Ross, he was determined to get his money's worth and stayed in for 15 minutes. I just wish he would apply this degree of tenacity to his school work. I wish we had one of these at home as all the energy utilised ensured that he slept like a babe.
The boat guy then lent him one of those boards which you stand up on and paddle and after a bit of balance adjustment he was off.
He even gave me a lift - I had to lie on my tummy with my legs dangling off the back, you will be please to know there is NO photographic evidence of that!
